Payment All payments are securely processed through paypal. Design Credits A link back to our site is to remain intact on your site to Creative Chic Designs. Should you wish to have it removed, a $100 fee will apply. Portfolio I reserve the right to use your graphics and your design in my portfolio as a representation of my past work experience should I choose to do so. Client Responsibility It is the your responsibility to make sure you read and understand the terms of service before making your payment. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions before you pay! Refunds We are sorry, but due to the nature of our product we do not issue refunds. We will make every effort to create a design you will love, but work commissioned must be compensated for whether or not design is used. Excessive Revisions Each design includes 3 revisions additional revisions are subject to an additional $25.00/hr fee. Communication: Once I start your design I will be emailing you often during the design process. This often requires quick emails or communicating via Instant Messenger. The faster the communication the faster I am able to complete your new design and get it installed. This is also important so I can stay on schedule for current and future clients. If communication is taking to long and I do not hear back from you for days you may be rescheduled into my next available opening. |
